Finding what you need
You can use our ‘search resources’ facility to search
for titles, codes, keywords or subject areas. Click here for
a list of keywords we have used. Use the menu on the left-hand side
to browse our products by age range and mathematical topic.

Buying a BEAM product
When you find something you like, click on ‘Buy’ to
add the product to your shopping basket. Change the number in
the quantity box if you’d like to buy more than one. Some
pages may show more than one product, so you will need to click
on the relevant ‘Buy’ icon for each product you’d
like to add to your order. Clicking ‘Buy’ won’t
add unwanted products to your basket. If you change your mind
and would like to remove a product from your order, click on
the ‘x’ icon which appears beside it in the shopping
basket. When you are ready, click on ‘checkout’ to
complete your order.
We will take you through a simple six-step
checkout process. This process is totally secure. We use SSL
technology (the standard
in web security) and PGP encryption to keep your details safe
at all times. For additional security, we do not retain your
credit or debit card numbers. This means you will need to enter
them again, next time you visit. We feel the security benefits
outweigh the inconvenience of doing this. We send immediate
confirmation by email to let you know that your order has been
received and
will be processed.
If you are ordering on behalf of a recognised educational institution
in the UK (such as a school, early years setting, local education
authority, college or university), we will invoice you for
the goods you order instead of asking for your credit card
details.
You can pay for all other orders by credit or debit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.

Delivery times and charges
There is a set delivery charge (currently £2.95) for
UK orders. We aim to deliver orders to the UK within 7 to
10 working days. If you need to receive your goods urgently,
please call the BEAM orderline on +44 (0)1242 267 945 to place
your order by telephone.
The set delivery charge for non-UK customers within the EU
(including the Channel Islands) is £8.95. For customers
outside the EU, there is a standard charge of £12.95
for any parcel less than 2kg in weight. If the weight of your
order exceeds this, we will obtain a separate postage quote
and contact you to confirm the charge before processing the
order.
Delivery times to international destinations vary. European
orders should be delivered within 14 days. Please allow slightly
longer for delivery to other destinations. If you are concerned
about your order, please email
us.

VAT
Some BEAM materials are subject to Value Added Tax. This is
indicated next to the listed price of a product, and the amount
of VAT will be shown separately in your shopping basket. If
you are ordering for an EU institution (outside the UK), you
will not be charged VAT if you provide your VAT registration
number during checkout. Customers in the Channel Islands and
the rest of the world are not charged VAT.
Please note that when ordering goods for delivery overseas
you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customs policies
vary from country to country and we cannot predict what the
charges may be. Therefore any additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by the customer.
