Cancellations
If you need to cancel a confirmed in-service training
session, the following charges will apply:
- more than one month's notice: no charge
- between two weeks and one month: 25% of
the full fee
- less than two weeks' notice: the full fee.
Please give us as much information as possible
about your planned session, so that we can select
the consultant best suited to your needs. In particular,
we need to know the subject coverage, composition
and size of the audience, the duration and all
possible dates for the session.
