school. To do this you need a clear, detailed understanding
of the role,
as well as strategies to enable you to carry out the
role effectively.

an action plan
- investigate ways of auditing resources and providing
INSET on the effective use of resources
- look at monitoring teaching and learning through
lesson observations and providing feedback
